  1 Overview

  AZCL series smart capacitors are a new generation of reactive power compensation equipment used in 0.4kV, 50Hz low voltage power distribution to save energy, reduce line loss, improve power factor and power quality. Among them, the products with 7% reactors are used in the electrical environment with the main harmonics of 5 times, 7 times and above, and the products with 14% reactors in series are used in the electrical environment with the main harmonics of 3 times and above.

  5. Product application plan

  5.1 Three-phase compensation application scheme with transformer capacity of 100/125/160/200/250/315/400/800/1000/1250/1600/2000KVA

  Design scheme: three-phase compensation, voltage zero-crossing input, current zero-crossing

  The compensation capacity is configured according to 50% of the total capacity of the transformer. If the compensation capacity is insufficient, the number of capacitors can be appropriately increased;

  When the compensation capacity is configured, it is configured as a trapezoidal compensation method to improve the compensation accuracy.

  The controller and the indicator can be selected or selected one by one. If the indicator is not used, the traditional indicator light can be connected;

  Main applications: residential projects, urban networks, rural power grid reconstruction projects, and three-phase balanced power applications where harmonics do not exceed the standard.




  5.2 Single-phase and three-phase hybrid compensation application scheme with transformer capacity of 100/125/160/200/250/315/400/800/1000/1250/1600/2000KVA
